StLSDP is always in need of short-term and long term foster homes. To apply for a foster dog, you will need to fill out a Foster Home Application. You may request an application via email. Fosters should be prepared to care for their foster dog as if he was their own, and bring him to regular adoption events on Saturdays between 11AM and 3PM. Fosters should also possess good “people” skills, and be able to gauge potential adoptive families. You will have help from our experienced volunteers. Check our Foster page for information. |

Dog food, towels, grooming supplies, paper towels, wire crates, plastic sided crates. The list goes on!... Laundry detergent, Clorox easy clean-up wipes, hand sanitizer, Kitchen size trash bags… Arrange via email to drop items off at Petco in Kirkwood, Mo, on a Saturday between 11AM an 3PM, so we may contact plenty of volunteers to distribute the supplies to our foster homes. We will update our wish list from time to time as different needs arise. |
